  1. The "eddy current heat film heat exchanger" is extended into the bottom of the tank along the radial direction of the tank. The heat medium (steam) flows through the tube side. The viscous liquid moves between the tubes in the shell side, the oil suction port of the shell is directly connected with the medium in the tank.

  2. A temperature control valve is set at the steam inlet of the heat exchanger to control the steam inlet of the heat exchanger by detecting the temperature at the outlet of the viscous liquid through the temperature sensing probe, then ensure the constant temperature of the viscous liquid.

  The heat exchanger adopts the high-efficiency heat exchange element eddy current hot film tube, which insists on the reasonable movement of viscous liquid between tubes. The heat efficiency is 3-5 times of that of the general heat exchanger. The mechanism of heat transfer enhancement is that viscous liquid is designed to be turbulent when it moves inside outside the tube, which produces strong vibration scouring effect. The direction of movement is constantly changed, which is the high-temperature viscous liquid close to the tube wall With continuous replacement, the heat insulation layer becomes thinner damaged, the heat transfer on the surface of metal accelerates, the micro eddy current of fluid strengthens, the internal thermal diffusion of viscous liquid strengthens. It will overheat the fluid close to the surface of the pipe wall, so the viscous liquid can be properly heated without coking decomposition. It has good heat transfer low resistance.
