1. Preparation before cleaning

　　(1) Cut off the power supply: the pipe wall circulating pump stops the cooling water circulation; turn off the power supply of the axial flow fan.

　　(2) Close the valve: close the water inlet valve drain valve.

　　(3) Personnel protection: construction personnel shall wear protective clothing masks, plastic shoes gloves. Pay attention to personal safety labor protection during cleaning construction.

　　2. Chemical cleaning process Implementation

　　Because the structure of the evaporative condenser is very special, the packing the condenser coil are suspended completely exposed to the air, so it is impossible to carry out immersion chemical cleaning; the structural conditions of each component are different, so the cleaning method combining spray cleaning, water cleaning circulation cleaning is adopted.

　　(1) Circulating water tank cleaning

　　First, clean the scale residue sundries falling off the bottom of the circulating water tank, put the scale residue sundries into the woven bag, remove them the circulating water tank. Flush the water tank with tap water, open the drain valve, discharge the dirt water. After cleaning, close the drain valve.

　　(2) Protection of circulating water tank

　　As the circulating water tank is made of galvanized steel plate, the cleaning agent has certain corrosiveness to zinc, so before cleaning, cover the bottom edge of the water tank with large strong plastic cloth to protect the water tank corrosion. Holes shall be left on the plastic cloth at the water outlet of the lower edge of the circulating water tank to facilitate the smooth operation of the cooling water circulating system.

　　(3) Spray device dredging

　　Remove the water distribution pipe nozzle on the spray device, clean out the scale slag, then recover to ensure the smooth water path.

　　(4) Spray cleaning

　　① Spray. Open the water inlet valve to supplement the required water volume to the cooling water system; then connect the plastic pipe cleaning water tank with the acid resistant circulating pump, place the water inlet in the cleaning water tank equipped with special cleaning agent, fix the water outlet on the top of the evaporative condenser tower; open the cleaning circulating pump, the construction personnel will control the plastic pipe at the water outlet, spray the cleaning agent evenly the top of the condenser tower to the filler. The cleaning agent can be poured top to bottom on the packing condensation coil.

　　② Spray down. In the same way, a small self-contained acid resistant circulating pump is connected with the cleaning water tank the water inlet outlet pipes, a self-made nozzle is installed at the outlet of the water pipe; the circulating pump is turned on, the cleaning agent is sprayed to the condensation plate the air inlet of the condenser. The self-made nozzle can make the detergent form a certain impact force act directly on the coil to accelerate the dissolution fall off of rust scale.
